Ok Ann,
1. New post up at the top of the page.
2. Click on add image (looks like a little picture)
3. Browse to find picture
4. Choose layout (left, right or center your picture)
5. Upload........will come up and say image has been added
6. Click on done button, should take you back to post page (your picture should be there)
7. Publish
